Paloma Naderi focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, particularly business litigation and class action litigation at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court. She also represents clients in connection with sensitive internal corporate and government investigations.

Ms. Naderi has represented a diverse group of clients in high-stakes matters involving antitrust, consumer fraud claims, contract claims, criminal law and securities law. She recently defended a criminal trial involving complex fraud and money laundering claims in the Northern District of California.

Ms. Naderi maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing in the areas of reproductive rights, criminal law and immigration law.

Past Experience

Ms. Naderi was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2015. During law school, Ms. Naderi served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sidney I. Schenkier of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also worked in the Center on Wrongful Convictions at the Bluhm Legal Clinic and as a research assistant for Professor Deborah Tuerkheimer.

Before obtaining her law degree, Ms. Naderi was a legal assistant in the healthcare practice group of a Boston law firm, an administrative director of a small reproductive rights nonprofit and a project assistant in the regulatory affairs department of a medical device company.
