
Nicole Karatzas
Associate
Nicole Karatzas focuses her practice on transactional and corporate matters, including emerging companies and venture capital and other corporate investors.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate and summer associate at another global law firm, where she worked on a variety of matters including private investment funds formation, hedge and mutual fund derivatives arrangements and real estate-related investments and transactions. She previously externed for the US Attorney’s Office-Central Division of California and interned in the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She was an assistant and analyst for the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts and a northeast field associate for the US Public Interest Research Group.
