Nathan Reichardt is the WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions Director of Operations. He joined the firm in 2011.
Mr. Reichardt is responsible for the operation of WilmerHale’s Litigation Support Department and the WilmerHale Discovery Solutions Technical Team. His teams work with attorneys in all WilmerHale offices to leverage in-house, cutting-edge technology or third-party document review technologies to efficiently manage the discovery process in the most cost effective and accurate manner. Mr. Reichardt also optimizes the delivery of WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions services by instituting best-in-class process and delivery practices, which enable our attorneys to exceed clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reichardt was an executive at Accenture, after previously serving as an engagement lead, project manager, business analyst and application lead at the company. Most recently, Mr. Reichardt was an account lead responsible for the growth and global delivery of five outsourcing engagements, which generated in excess of $15 million in annual revenue. His additional experience includes planning and managing the international deployment of trade promotion management capabilities, designing and socializing a sales force roadmap to improve rental car company’s sales account management, and leading the support and release strategy of a sales force tool for an aviation client.
In addition to his experience at Accenture, Mr. Reichardt was a staff sergeant in the United States Air Force National Guard, from which he was honorably discharged after six years of service.
