Natalie H. Abshez

Natalie Abshez advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including securities regulations, company disclosure requirements, SEC filings, securities offering documents, internal corporate policies, stock purchase agreements and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable David T. Thuma of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico. 

While in law school, Ms. Abshez was a member of the University of Virginia School of Law’s Nonprofit Clinic, where she advised nonprofit organizations on corporate governance issues, financial policies and incorporation. She was a summer associate in the Minnesota office of an international law firm and interned for the California Department of Justice, Consumer Law Section, as well as a pro bono firm in Los Angeles.
