Technology Specialist

Naman Seth is a technology specialist whose practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of domestic, international and foreign patent applications. Mr. Seth works with a variety of clients, including those in the life sciences sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seth was a technical advisor at another law firm in New York, where he drafted more than 15 US provisional and non-provisional patent applications, conducted interviews with client technical personnel and inventors, prosecuted applications before the US and international patent offices, and conducted more than 50 interviews with examiners at the US Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Seth was previously a software intern with IBM in Lenexa, KS, where he worked on expanding UTM, an in-house testing harness used to test large database appliances like Informix and Netezza. He also created automated testing scripts for testing the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of OpeAdminTool, a flex-based GUI provided to consumers for handling instances of Informix databse.

Mr. Seth is a member of the Center on Law and Information Policy and staff member of the Environmental Law Review at Fordham Law School.
