Micheline Kidwell is the Discovery Attorney Staffing Manager on the WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team. She joined the firm in 2010.
Ms. Kidwell focuses on providing e-discovery and document review support for firm clients across industries and practices. She leverages our in-house cutting-edge technology or third party document review technologies to efficiently provide the most cost effective and accurate document review to our clients. Ms. Kidwell works seamlessly with our matter teams to build greater efficiency into the process than has ever been possible. As a WilmerHale employee, she benefits from the ongoing training and development the firm provides its attorneys and staff, and works with the high expectations of performance and quality that pervade the firm. Ms. Kidwell also provides ongoing support to case teams after document review is complete to supplement the teams' factual knowledge and context for depositions, briefs and trial.
In her role as Discovery Attorney Staffing Manager, Ms. Kidwell handles all incoming inquiries from the WilmerHale offices regarding discovery attorney staffing for client matters and assists with coordinating client/matter specific training for the discovery attorney team. Ms. Kidwell also collects performance metrics for each client matter staffed with discovery attorneys and assists in efforts to leverage that information to improve the quality and efficiency of document review work. Ms. Kidwell is also responsible for other day-to-day department management tasks.
Community InvolvementMs. Kidwell is a former member of the board of directors of Shoes 4 The Shoeless, a Dayton-based non-profit organization.
Professional ActivitiesMs. Kidwell is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
