Michael V. Pack, PhD

Michael Pack is an associate who has considerable experience handling a wide range of intellectual property matters, includes litigation and prosecution of patents, as well as advising clients regarding intellectual property matters. 

Dr. Pack has represented corporate clients in various forums, including federal courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). Dr. Pack has litigated patents pertaining to circuit architecture and operation and image compression standards. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications for inventions in the electrical, medical and mechanical arts.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Pack was an associate at another law firm where he performed non-infringement and invalidity analyses, drafted patent applications, advised on patent prosecution matters, and resolved licensing and assignment issues. He previously worked as a patent agent. Dr. Pack has significant technical experience, having worked as a physicist and electrical engineer at Sandia National Laboratories.
