Lisa Wiseman is an attorney on the WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team. She joined the firm in 2020.


Ms. Wiseman focuses on providing e-discovery and document review support for firm clients across industries and practices. She leverages our in-house cutting-edge technology or third-party document review technologies to efficiently provide the most cost effective and accurate document review to our clients. She works seamlessly with our matter teams to build greater efficiency into the process than has ever been possible before. As a WilmerHale employee, she benefits from the ongoing training and development the firm provides its attorneys and staff, and works with the high expectations of performance and quality that pervade the firm. She also provides ongoing support to case teams after document review is complete to supplement the teams' factual knowledge and context for depositions, briefs and trial.

As a former board certified estate planner, Ms. Wiseman represented clients in guardianship proceedings and other probate litigation; advised clients on a broad range of personal, charitable and succession planning matters and counseled clients on a variety of tax issues. As part of her practice, Ms. Wiseman also served as Chair of the Dayton Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Committee; President of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Greater Dayton; a member of the Board of Directors of The Disability Foundation; a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee of Children’s Medical Center; a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council for Wright State University and a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Dayton Art Institute.

Professional Activities

Ms. Wiseman is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and previously served as a member of its Bar Exam and Qualifications Committee.

Community Involvement

Ms. Wiseman is passionate about community services, supporting social services, education, healthcare and the arts. She is an active member at Epiphany Lutheran Church, where she serves on Church Council. She also volunteers with Centerville City Schools and has served on the Board of Directors for the Wright State University Alumni Association. In addition, she served as President of the American Cancer Society’s Greene County Volunteer Leadership Council, a member of the American Cancer Society’s Montgomery County Colorectal Cancer Task Force and a committee member for Hospice of Dayton. As part of her service, Ms. Wiseman also served as a member of Culture Work’s Board of Trustees and the Dayton Art Institute’s Associate Board.
