Lindsay Kosan

Lindsay Kosan focuses her litigation practice on securities litigation and complex commercial disputes in both state and federal court. Her practice spans the lifecycle of the litigation process from pre-suit fact investigation and initial pleadings to written and electronic discovery, depositions, expert reports, motion practice, settlement, alternative dispute resolution, and appeal. Ms. Kosan also has extensive experience representing and advising clients in connection with high-stakes government investigations and enforcement matters brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice, as well as sensitive corporate internal investigations.

Ms. Kosan maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented her pro bono clients in class actions involving constitutional claims in federal court.

Ms. Kosan began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2012. She rejoined the firm following clerkships with the Honorable Geoffrey W. Crawford of the US District Court for the District of Vermont and the Honorable Robert J. Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kosan served as an intern in the Cybercrime Unit of the US Attorney's Office in Massachusetts. Before entering law school, she was an investigative analyst in the Cybercrime and Identity Theft Bureau of the New York County District Attorney's Office.
