Krishan Nadesan is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Nadesan has advised clients on commercial arbitrations under a variety of rules, including the LCIA, ICC, LMAA and UNCITRAL rules. He has particular experience with energy, shipping, trading and financial disputes, including proceedings in the English courts.
