Keith Howell

Keith Howell's practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. He represents clients across a variety of industries and technologies, including biotechnology, photolithography, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and computer hardware and software. He has successfully represented clients in intellectual property matters in the District of Delaware, Northern District of California, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and on appeal at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Howell has also counseled clients and assisted with matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including inter partes review proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Howell served as a judicial intern for Associate Judge Heidi M. Pasichow in the DC Superior Court and as a research assistant for the Supreme Court Institute. Before attending law school, Mr. Howell was an intern in the Washington DC office of Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) and the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Community Involvement

While in law school, Mr. Howell served as a certified student attorney in Georgetown's Domestic Violence Clinic and as an intern in the Employment Justice Center's Workers' Rights Clinic.
