Katie Kelsh

Katie Kelsh focuses her practice on complex litigation and appellate matters. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Christopher Cooper of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and for the Honorable Sandra Ikuta of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

During law school, Ms. Kelsh was a student attorney at Stanford Law School’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, a summer associate at WilmerHale, a legal intern with the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California in the Criminal Division, and a legal intern in the California Department of Justice’s Privacy Enforcement and Protection Unit. She previously served as a US teaching assistant for the Austrian-American Educational Commission’s Fulbright Commission in Bad Ischl, Austria, and was a small claims corps member for JusticeCorps in the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer Affairs.
