Katherine Florio

Katherine Florio practice focuses on securities-related regulatory and internal investigations. She has represented investment banks, asset management firms, public companies and individuals before the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, state attorneys general, self-regulatory organizations and other authorities. Her practice also includes advising boards of directors regarding investigations.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Florio was a judicial intern for the Honorable Kenneth M. Karas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, an intern with the Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Section of the Department of Justice, and a clinical student at the Institute for Public Representation in the civil rights division.
