Katelyn R. O'Brien

Katelyn O’Brien’s practice focuses primarily on the financing, development, management, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate.

Ms. O’Brien has represented investors, developers and operators in joint ventures, acquisitions, developments, leases and financing transactions relating to real estate and has advised lenders and borrowers in matters relating to private debt financings including complex, international and domestic credit facilities. She has experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, conveyancing documents, loan documents, joint venture agreements, management agreements and office leases for various industries including senior housing, affordable housing, industrial and retail.

Ms. O’Brien is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association; CREW Boston, successor to NEWiRE, New England’s leading network of professional women working in commercial real estate; and the Real Estate Section of the Boston Bar Association.
