Kaitlyn A. Ferguson

Kaitlyn Ferguson advises clients on complex regulatory and government affairs and provides strategic counsel to clients facing high-stakes corporate crises. She represents clients through internal investigations, voluntary disclosures and government subpoenas, including before the US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Foreign Assets Control, and US Department of Commerce. She has helped global companies in telecommunications, defense, aerospace, energy, technology and financial services address sanctions and anti-bribery/anti-corruption challenges; design compliance programs, and evaluate risk and liability related to cyber, privacy and data protection. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Ferguson worked for an international law firm in both Washington DC and New York City and was a secondee on the investigations team for a global aerospace and defense technology company.
