Julia Prochazka

Julia Prochazka is an associate who represents a variety of clients on a broad range of litigation matters, including securities litigation and enforcement cases. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Prochazka was a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Tallman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In that role, she researched and drafted dispositions of federal appeals and presented cases to the Judge to aid in his decision-making. Previously, Ms. Prochazka was a summer associate at another large law firm in Denver, Colorado; a summer extern with the Environmental Protection Agency in Chicago, Illinois; and an immigration intern with the Refugee Resettlement and Immigration Services of Atlanta.
