Jordan Orosz

Jordan Orosz focuses her practice on investigations and complex regulatory, white collar defense and appellate litigation matters. She has litigated in federal court at every level, and has represented technology companies in First Amendment and Fourth Amendment litigation, as well as federal criminal inquiries. Ms. Orosz also has experience representing individuals and firms in internal, regulatory and congressional investigations. She has counseled clients on responding to a broad range of government inquiries from multiple congressional committees, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the US Department of the Treasury. Jordan maintains an active pro bono practice in the area of antidiscrimination law, with a focus on women’s and LGBT rights. She was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2017.
