John T. Byrnes

John Byrnes focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Byrnes was a law clerk for the Honorable Danny J. Boggs of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Previously, Mr. Byrnes was a summer associate at a law firm in New York where he worked on litigation matters.

While in law school, Mr. Byrnes was a research assistant for Professor George Priest on antitrust law issues. Beforehand, he was a graduate intern with the US Treasury Department Office of International Affairs, where he worked in the Europe and Eurasia Office.

Formerly a consultant with Oliver Wyman's financial services practice, Mr. Byrnes performed business and data analysis, and built financial models.
