Jarret Zafran focuses his practice on complex litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Mr. Zafran previously worked at the firm as an associate and a summer associate. Prior to rejoining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Raymond J. Lohier, Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Alison J. Nathan of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. 

While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Zafran was a legal intern in the Voting Section of the US Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, for the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, and in the New York City Law Department's Legal Counsel Division, and a fellow at the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law. 

Prior to law school, he worked as an analyst at Benenson Strategy Group, conducting quantitative and qualitative research for political, corporate and nonprofit clients, including President Obama's re-election campaign.
