Glory Nwaugbala

Glory Nwaugbala advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and venture capital investments. Ms. Nwaugbala’s clients span a range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology and life sciences.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Nwaugbala was an associate at another firm in New York, where she represented clients on a variety of general corporate matters. Previously, she was an advocacy fellow with the World Youth Alliance and researched and analyzed legal precedent and new case law on a broad range of issues, including the Affordable Care Act. Ms. Nwaugbala also served as a fellow for the Robert Clarke Leadership Fellowship and as an associate with the Argentine National Senate.
