Eleanor Davis represents clients facing complex litigation matters. She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2017. Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Davis clerked for the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was also a clinical student in the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. 

While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Davis was a clinical intern for the Capital Appeals Project in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she highlighted potential claims to raise on appeal from a capital conviction in Louisiana State Court. Ms. Davis was also a legal intern for One Acre Fund in New York, an organization providing micro-finance for smallholder farmers in East Africa. As a research assistant at Harvard Law School, she researched foreign medical schools catering to American students and electronic monitoring in the employment context. She was also a legal assistant for a personal injury, medical malpractice and class action law firm in Bingham Farms, Michigan.
