Dawn Johnson is a manager for WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions. She joined the firm in 2007.
Ms. Johnson focuses her practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, she strategically consults with other attorneys and litigation technology project managers on teams that manage electronic and other documents in large cases and investigations. Ms. Johnson counsels firm attorneys and clients on best practices for e-discovery and the use of WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions.
Ms. Johnson takes a leadership role in assisting clients with managing complex e-discovery processes to provide cost effective strategies and solutions to managing client information.
Ms. Johnson has direct experience with securities regulatory investigations and litigation. Prior to her role as a consulting attorney, Ms. Johnson was a staff attorney where she managed cases for some of the firm's largest clients involving investigations of accounting practices, financial institutions, pension funds and public companies.
Professional ActivitiesMs. Johnson is a member of the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association, the American Bar Association and Boston Bar Association. She has also served as a judge for the New Bedford Youth Court.
During law school, Ms. Johnson served as a victim witness advocate through the Battered Women’s Advocacy Program at Suffolk University Law School where she counseled and assisted domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
