Claire Davis focuses her practice on complex securities litigation and enforcement matters.
In 2013, when Ms. Davis was a summer associate at the firm, she worked on a variety of litigation matters, including securities, antitrust and Eighth Amendment cases.
While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Davis was a student attorney at the Georgetown Law School Criminal Justice Clinic, where she served as lead counsel in misdemeanor trial cases in Washington DC Superior Court and in parole revocation hearings before US Parole Commission examiners. Ms. Davis also served as a legal intern in the Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA) Unit of the Department of Justice's Fraud Section and the US Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.
