Benjamin Ho focuses on intellectual property litigation, post-grant proceedings and patent prosecution. He represents clients in a variety of technology areas, including data storage, telecommunications networks, mobile devices, software applications and consumer products.

Mr. Ho joined WilmerHale after working as an associate at another law firm in California, where he prosecuted patent applications at the US Patent and Trademark Office, assisted with trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and litigated patent and trade secret cases in federal court.

While in law school, he has also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Margaret M. Mann of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
