Ben Lazarus represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including government and internal investigations, and other criminal and enforcement matters. Prior to rejoining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York and for the Honorable Rowan D. Wilson of the New York Court of Appeals. 

During law school, Mr. Lazarus was a student in the Regulatory Policy Clinic at the Institute for Policy Integrity and a research assistant in administrative law. He also interned for the legal department of a technology startup and in the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Before law school, Mr. Lazarus worked on political campaigns and in New York City government.
