Ms. Boudreau has experience working on a variety of other litigation matters, including intellectual property litigation and has represented public companies in the financial services, technology, renewable energy, and manufacturing sectors. She has experience handling all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, trial and appeals.
Ms. Boudreau also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County. While in that position, she tried a variety of criminal matters to both juries and judges and argued numerous evidentiary motions.
PersonalIn her spare time, Ms. Boudreau trains for and runs marathons and half marathons, including the Bay State Marathon, the Providence Marathon and the New Bedford Half Marathon.
Professional ActivitiesMs. Boudreau is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Massachusetts Federal District Court and the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Boudreau been an active member of various teams at WilmerHale that have:
- represented a bank holding company in various government investigations concerning foreign exchange pricing;
- represented various companies in class action litigation concerning alleged securities fraud;
- represented a wind turbine manufacturer through trial and on appeal to the Federal Circuit in an inventorship dispute with a former employee; and
- successfully defended a medical device manufacturer in an appeal to the Federal Circuit, which ultimately affirmed the District Court's grant of judgment as a matter of law.

Ms. Boudreau was named a 2016 and 2017 "Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star" for securities litigation.
