Danielle Conley Named Among Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching

The Diversity Journal has recognized Danielle Conley, Washington-based partner and co-chair of WilmerHale’s Anti-Discrimination Practice, on its annual list of Women Worth Watching. For 17 years, the award has celebrated and honored women who have made significant contributions to their respective organizations. WilmerHale women honored with this recognition in the past include Catherine Carroll, Lia der Marderosian, Tara Elliott, Stephanie Evans, Elizabeth Mitchell, Susan Murley, Jeannie Rhee, Heather Tewksbury and Heather Zachary.

In her profile, Ms. Conley discussed some of the “very real challenges that women of color continue to face in the workplace” and highlighted the importance of maintaining connections with former classmates and colleagues. “Your reputation is everything, and it will define you,” she said.
