Our Financial Institutions practice is seeking an experienced associate with two to four years of post-JD experience in bank regulatory work. The position is open to our New York or Washington DC offices.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

  • Familiarity with federal banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, the Federal Reserve Act, and Regulations Y, K, W and O.
  • Demonstrated experience advising on supervisory matters, transactions, or enforcement actions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor
  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
