Our Corporate Practice seeks an associate with three to six years of experience with strategic alliances, joint ventures and licensing agreements in technology and/or life sciences related industries. The position can be based in any of the following offices: Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco or Washington DC.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

  • Analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements (e.g., licensing, collaboration, and distribution agreements)
  • Demonstrated experience advising on licensing issues, outsourcing agreements, and other related technology transactions matters.


  • Juris Doctor
  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent drafting skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
