Our Litigation Department seeks associates or senior associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or Washington DC.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts, managing the discovery process and teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
