Our Corporate practice is seeking associates with four to six years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington DC. Our practice in this area includes capital markets, public company and securities law counseling, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and startups and venture capital financing.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing transactions teams


  • Juris Doctor
  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
  • Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
