Emily F. Gomez focuses her practice on complex litigation matters and criminal and civil investigations.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Gomez served as a law clerk for the Honorable John R. Fisher of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. While attending the University of Michigan Law School, she was a student attorney in the Civil–Criminal Litigation Clinic. She also served as an intern in the Office of the Solicitor General at the US Department of Justice and the Bureau of Adjudication at the New York State Department of Health.
