Griffith, Dyanne

Dyanne Griffith focuses her practice on complex civil and class action litigation disputes, including antitrust matters. She has significant experience managing discovery, taking depositions and with motions practice. Ms. Griffith joined the firm in 2010 following a clerkship at the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. 

Pro Bono Work

Ms. Griffith has demonstrated a commitment to pro bono work, representing clients in a long-standing employment discrimination case and achieving a significant victory as part of the trial team that successfully challenged a law restricting the reproductive rights of women in Alabama.

The Equal Rights Center Resolves Race and Source of Income Discrimination Complaint Through Robust, Court Enforced Agreement with DC Housing Provider

The ERC, a civil rights organization that seeks to promote equal opportunity in housing, has entered into a consent agreement with The Lenkin Company Management/Residential, Inc. and related entities.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Griffith was a finance and program control manager for several defense contractors, where she was responsible for budgeting and contract administration. In this position, she negotiated terms and conditions of and managed several multi-million dollar contracts.
