About Berlin Dispute Resolution Days

For a number of years, the international autumn conference of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) has been held in Berlin. This year, it will focus on disputes arising out of the energy transition and will be complemented by the DIS40 Autumn Conference, which will discuss ESG disputes. Parallel events include an international arbitration conference organized by Humboldt University and a cross examination workshop. Together, they constitute the first Berlin Dispute Resolution Days. Speakers are German and international practitioners. All major events are in English. The Berlin Resolution Days offer excellent networking opportunities with leading arbitration experts from Germany and abroad.
