Our Securities Department is interested in discussing positions with attorneys who have four to six years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) and who have experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters.
Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, California Attorney General) enforcement organization would be helpful but is not required.
WilmerHale represents clients in complex civil and criminal litigation; in international and domestic arbitrations; and in criminal, congressional, civil, regulatory and corporate investigations. Our lawyers receive national and international recognition as top-rated practitioners and have a strong record of success as both trial and appellate lawyers. Our clients rely on us for our clear understanding of their industries and business goals, our in-depth knowledge of the regulatory and political environments in which they operate, and our experience in the technical and scientific disciplines at the core of their operations.
WilmerHale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or ancestry, age, disability or veteran status, or other protected status.
