Crump, Daniel

Daniel Crump is a Senior Associate in WilmerHale's Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on representing individuals and companies in internal investigations and enforcement actions involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and other regulatory and law enforcement agencies. He has experience in matters related to the securities laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, compliance and risk management, and the Sherman Act.

Mr. Crump also maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently obtained a shorter prison sentence for an individual convicted of a nonviolent offense under California's Three Strikes Reform Act.

Before attending law school at the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Crump was a sixth grade math teacher at a public school in South Los Angeles.
