Regulatory and Counseling Matters REGULATORY AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Through our representation of clients in major Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state regulatory proceedings, we have helped shape some of the most important policies affecting the communications industry. Our lawyers have also advised a variety of major European communications companies in regulatory matters before the European Commission (EC), Ofcom, Bundesnetzagentur and other European national regulatory and competition authorities. Drawing on our experience both in and out of government, we are able to provide effective guidance to clients as they navigate confusing, overlapping and often conflicting rules and procedures.
