Claire Chung

Claire Chung represents clients in complex government, regulatory, appellate and Supreme Court litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chung served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She was previously a litigation associate at a New York law firm, where she handled matters on a variety of subjects, including patent law and the Anti-Terrorism Act. She also worked as a law clerk at the New York State Solicitor General's office.

While attending law school, Ms. Chung was an intern in the American Civil Liberties Union's Women's Right's Project and a student director of Yale Law School's Supreme Court Clinic.
