Caitlyn Huffstutter is a senior associate who focuses her practice on complex litigation matters.

Past Experience

Ms. Huffstutter joins the firm from the Office of the United States Attorney, where she was a law clerk. While there, she researched legal issues including admissibility of prior bad acts, attorney-client privilege and asset forfeiture. Previously, she was an intern with the Office of United States Senator Barbara Mikulski, where she researched pending and potential legislation, and attended committee hearings and staff briefings on energy and environmental issues. In 2006, Ms. Huffstutter was a volunteer with the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office. Her time there was spent creating the database for CASE Partnership to prevent fraud among senior citizens.
