Counsel Caitlin Monahan focuses her practice on various litigation/controversy matters.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Monahan completed a legal internship with the Middlesex District Attorney's Office in the Cambridge District Court. While there she argued motions and represented the Commonwealth in arraignments. Ms. Monahan also completed a legal internship with the Economic Crimes Unit of the US Attorney's Office in Boston, where she researched conspiracy, structuring and evidentiary issues for tax cases. She previously worked as an assistant to the undersecretaries of Homeland Security and Law Enforcement & Fire Services at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.

In 2006, Ms. Monahan served as the deputy press secretary for Tim Murray during his campaign for Lieutenant Governor in Massachusetts.
