Bridget Fahey

Bridget Fahey handles complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on appellate litigation and representations of Native American tribes and local governments.

Ms. Fahey previously worked at the firm as a summer associate. She served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor of the US Supreme Court and the Honorable Brett Kavanaugh of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, and worked as a legal intern at the US Department of Justice, Civil Appellate Section. 

Prior to pursing her law degree, Ms. Fahey was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
