Chen, Alyce

Alyce Chen's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law. She represents public and private companies in various stages of their lifecycle.

Ms. Chen has counseled startups through the incorporation process and advised clients on ongoing corporate matters that emerging companies often face. She has represented companies and investors in a variety of angel and venture capital financings, and has also advised private companies through exit transactions such as the sale of a company and an initial public offering.

She also has experience in public company transactions, ranging from domestic and international mergers and acquisitions to debt financing and note financing transactions.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Chen was a legal intern at MPM Capital, where she worked closely with the general counsel and chief operating officer on legal documents, including national venture capital association, real estate and employment documents.

Professional Activities

Ms. Chen serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts.
