Alix Pisani’s practice includes a variety of complex litigation/controversy matters. She assists clients with intellectual property litigation in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. Ms. Pisani has direct experience in all phases of litigation, including the initial investigation, pleading, discovery, depositions, expert reports, motions practice and trial. She also assists clients in government and internal investigations.  

Ms. Pisani previously worked at WilmerHale as a summer associate. While attending the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Ms. Pisani served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
