Fulton, Alexandra

Alexandra Fulton counsels public and private companies in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate law. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services and defense and other regulated industry clients.

Ms. Fulton was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2014. As a summer associate, she assisted in researching and writing a successful Proposition 36 Resentencing Brief.

Previously, Ms. Fulton was a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald H. Sargis of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Sacramento, CA. In that role, she drafted tentative decisions and researched various areas of bankruptcy law. In 2011, Ms. Fulton was a summer intern in the Press Division of the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and a spring intern in the Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development at the United States Department of Education.
