William G. McElwain

William (Bill) McElwain was a partner in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 1982 and retired in 2020. Mr. McElwain focused his practice on intellectual property litigation.
