Stoner, Wayne L.

Wayne Stoner is a partner in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 1986 and was Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group from 2000 to 2007.

Practice

Mr. Stoner's practice focuses on patent litigation and strategy, including leading many jury and bench trials and appeals. He has represented a broad range of clients of all sizes in numerous cases involving diverse technologies such as lasers, medical devices, semiconductor processing, integrated circuits, banking, electrochemistry, separation technology, and telecommunications. He practices in courts nationwide and before the US International Trade Commission.
