For many years, we have counseled clients on the design of executive compensation arrangements and on compensation and benefits issues in general. On an ongoing basis, we:

- Prepare ruling requests for the qualification of benefit plans and for exemption from the prohibited transaction rules
- Advise clients on ERISA and related issues
