He joined the firm in 2000. Practice Mr. Muller's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily intellectual property and patent litigation. His cases over the past four years have involved computer hardware and software, integrated circuit design and fabrication, computer operating systems, pharmaceuticals, industrial machines, and medical equipment. Mr. Muller's most recent trial concerned bar code scanners. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Muller clerked for the Honorable Fred I.
