With more than 35 years of experience in private equity, Mr. Schwed built a substantial practice working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. With his extensive experience and knowledge of a wide range of transactions, Mr. Schwed successfully represented a variety of clients, including industrial, financial services, healthcare, retail, and media and communications companies.
