Reginald McKnight is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. McKnight’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation.

Practice

Mr. McKnight's prior experience includes an extensive range of complex commercial disputes. He has represented public and privately held companies before federal and state courts in cases involving business litigation, securities litigation, antitrust litigation, class actions and other commercial controversies. Prior to joining WilmerHale, he worked at another leading law firm in Washington DC, where he focused on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Professional Activities

Mr. McKnight is Co-Chair of the DC Bar Criminal Law and Individual Rights Section Community Outreach Committee and was the Professional Development Chair of the Washington Bar Association Young Lawyers Division from 2005 to 2006. He is also a member of the Duke Law School Young Alumni Board, and the University of Notre Dame Monogram Club.
